Born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, I grew up in a French speaking environment.
I graduated college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
My corporate career as a Human Resources and Administration Services Manager for major international companies took me to Toronto, Canada to London, England and to New-York, USA.
I also lived in the suburbs of Paris for 3 years.
My years in the corporate world taught me all about planning, organizing, training, developing motivational programs for the staff and problem solving. Working in different countries gave me a great understanding of the variety of cultures in the world but also made me learn to adjust better to life’s experiences.
I have spent over 22 years applying all those skills to raising my four children.
I received my professional coach training from a worldwide leader in coach training institutes, IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching). The institute is highly accredited with the International Coach Federation, which is the largest resource worldwide for preserving integrity of the coaching profession. As a certified member of the ICF, I abide by their ethical guidelines and standards.
